In love with Australia since the first age !

Laurent arrived in Australia at the very end of 2022 starting a new life with his family.

Holder of an INTERNATIONAL MASTER in INTERIOR DESIGN obtained with honours and graduated with an ADVANCED DIPLOMA  in SHOP FITTING and INTERIOR DESIGN with technical specialty from the National Superior School of Applied Arts BOULLE (Paris-1999), Laurent Sichere started his carrier in France working for well known designers.

His first experiences were principally shop fittings for Louis Vuitton, Guerlain and Dior.

Always learning and getting more knowledge for his clients is a precept. After an experience in Canada during studies to learn new methods, he decided to leave France to New Caledonia to be close to Australia, his child dream.

Managing his own business in New Caledonia since 2002, he first collaborated with interior designers to manage the whole projects of luxury houses before creating LWH Design, a specific business for importation of high-end furnitures and decorative items.

In 2007, he was trained in SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTIONS, a very important engagement for him to work with the environment, not against.

Part of an architectural firm since 2004 as a PROJECT MANAGER, he has now great skills for managing consistent public projects.

At the request of his clients, he is now at the head of project management groups for major projects in the tertiary sector or cultural projects for which he has particular affection, as working in a team which combines a mix of skills and the consideration of the constraints faced by each side.

He created NOVA (still running) in New Caledonia in 2002.

He is now a member of this new team Hexagon Interior Design since December 2022.

It all started with a passion for Real Estate and a vision to establish unprecedented service to the industry.

Frenchy is originally from New Caledonia and first came to Australia during his teen years and after some travel, settled back here permanently in 2006. If you ask him, he would tell you that he was born to be Australian. He currently lives in Mountain Creek with his wife and two children and is passionate about the area and the surrounding region.
